Jacqueline K. Chiong, FNP

Jacqueline K. Chiong, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for delivering one-on-one care. Through her work at AZZ Medical Associates, Jacqueline makes a difference in the lives of her patients. The practice serves the communities of Old Bridge, Brick Township, Hamilton Township, and Ewing, New Jersey. Jacqueline works out of the practice’s Ewing office.

Jacqueline began her studies at Southwestern University in Cebu City, Philippines, earning her Bachelor of Science in medical technology. She went on to complete a master's degree in nursing and earn her nurse practitioner designation at Charles Drew University in Los Angeles, California. 

More than a decade of experience working overseas as a primary care provider further sharpened Jacqueline’s skills, and an additional decade of work in direct patient care as a nurse practitioner rounds out her professional experience. 

Jacqueline’s graduate studies focused on the importance of delivering top-quality care to underserved populations. She is also dedicated to ensuring that diverse groups always receive the very highest standards of care.
