Johannelda J. Diaz, NP

Johannelda J. Diaz, NP, is a nurse practitioner at AZZ Medical Associates that has primary care offices in Old Bridge, Brick Township, Hamilton Township, and Ewing, New Jersey. Johannelda sees patients in the Ewing office.

Johannelda earned her first bachelor’s degree at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Central Visayas. She completed Davao Medical School in Davao City, XI - Davao Region, and later completed a second bachelor’s degree in nursing at Medina College in Ozamiz City, Northern Mindanao. 

Johannelda relocated to the United States and completed a master’s degree with honors to become a family nurse practitioner at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California.

Before joining the team at AZZ Medical Associates, Johannelda earned extensive nursing experience in New Jersey, where she served as a staff nurse at a nursing home and a registered nurse in private practice. 

Johannelda brings her fifteen years of critical care and bedside nursing experience to care for patients at AZZ Medical Associates.
